It is important that you feel comfortable with your midwife. Being pregnant is exciting enough as it is. That is why we do our utmost to ensure that the guidance during your pregnancy, labour, and postnatal period is as smooth and supportive as possible.
Quality registers
The midwives at Vivre are members of the Royal Dutch Organisation of Midwives (KNOV) and are registered in the Midwives Quality Register. In addition, all sonographers at Vivre are registered in the Quality Register of the Professional Association of Sonographers in the Netherlands (BEN).
We regularly attend further education, training courses, workshops, and conferences to keep our knowledge and skills up to date.
It is important that contact with your midwife is both professional and pleasant. However, it may happen that you have a complaint.
Do you have questions, doubts, or are you dissatisfied about something? Please let us know. We are happy to take the time to talk things through with you calmly. By discussing it together, we hope to resolve the issue.
If we are unable to find a solution together, you can contact the complaints officer at CBKZ (Central Bureau for Complaint Management in Healthcare). This is an impartial organisation that can support and advise you in handling your complaint.
