Good preparation can contribute to a healthy pregnancy, a smooth birth, and a positive postpartum recovery period. This applies not only to a first pregnancy; during a second (or third, etc.) pregnancy, it can be just as important to stay fit, make time for relaxation, and pay attention to proper recovery.

There are many different types of information sessions and courses available, so there is likely something that suits your personal wishes and needs. Depending on your health insurance, you may be eligible for reimbursement for a pregnancy course, so it is worth checking your policy.

In the overview below, you will find information about courses and educational sessions available in this region.
